Matt Flynn is the Managing Director of GCP Asia Limited, a Hong Kong based company that provides project leadership, governance solutions and coaching services. Matt has been based in Asia since 1994 and GCP Asia has been serving Asian-based Family businesses and family offices since 2012. Matt has deep content expertise in shipbuilding, ports and ships-in-operation, providing consulting services in the maritime field since 2002.
Work as an advisor and project leader has focused on the transformative evolution of governance practices to support both financial performance and human capital/organizational systems development.
